How The Item(s) Is Packed Proper Packing & Addressing A properly packed shipment is your greatest protection against damage. An improperly packed or poorly addressed shipment may cause delays and unnecessary damage. To avoid these problems, we recommend care be taken in choosing the correct method of packing and labeling. Crating Crating provides the highest level of protection. This method of packing is used for High Value, large items, heavy items & Easily Damaged Items. Palletizing Large items and shipments with many items may best be ltl shipped palletized. When items are palletized, be sure you have a dock loading situation and fork lift. or have requested a lift and jack be brought on the truck. Be aware there is a charge for this added service. Unpackaged Shipments In some cases you may choose to ship an items as is, with no packaging or protection. This may be done with items that because of there size shape and material can and will withstand shipping without protection. generally these items because of there material and use are not easily destroyed of compromised by the shipping environment. In stock merchandise will be shipped within two business days. Our typical shipping schedule is 5 business days or less for cross stitch leaflets and 10 business days or less for cross stitch fabric. Under certain circumstances we will ltl make partial shipments if a portion of your order is not available. Returns: Returns are not permitted for fibers, fabric, or copyright material whether sold individualy or as part of a kit. Copyright material includes but is not limited to leaflets, kits, and patterns.
